ENCAPX™ encapsulation resins

Encapsulation resins are specialized protective materials applied to electronic components, wiring assemblies, and electrical modules in aircraft systems. Their purpose is to seal and shield these parts from vibration, moisture, dust, chemical exposure, and temperature variations encountered during flight.

Our polyurethane encapsulation resins are designed specifically for aerospace environments. They provide excellent flexibility and impact resistance, helping to absorb shock and vibration without cracking. These materials also maintain strong thermal stability, making them suitable for both elevated temperatures and cold climate conditions. In addition, they are formulated to comply with UL94 V-0 flammability standards, ensuring reliable fire-resistant performance where safety is essential.
